Animoto

Are you looking for an interesting way to share pictures of your class?  Do you have a ton of pictures from a field trip or of a project that you would love to post on your blog but you don't have time (or space) to post all of the pictures?

Try Animoto!  Animoto is an online tool you can use to create slide shows with your pictures.  You load select a theme, load the pictures, and select the music and animoto does the rest.  The program "mixes" the theme, pictures, and music to create awesome slideshows.

Voicethread is on online collaboration tool that allows groups of people to comment on pictures or drawings.  It can be used for creating and narrating stories.  It can also be used to reflect and comment on a specific concept.

Mixbook is an online scrapbook program.  It is a great tool for organizing photos and using different scrapbooking tools and captions to "tell a story" or visually document an event or concept.

Storybird is an online tool used to create art inspired stories.  With a teacher account, you can create classes and assignments where students can respond to a visual prompt or even create a story using the art on the site.
